Forests, jungles, trees, plants… produce the oxygen we breathe.

They are the lungs of the Earth.

If we destroy them, we destroy ourselves.

2. jungle ['dʒʌŋɡl] n.（热带）丛林

    The area was covered in dense jungle.

3. oxygen  ['ɒksɪdʒən] n.氧，氧气

4. lung [lʌŋ]n.肺 (因为人有两片肺，所以这个词通常用复数lungs)

5. destroy [dɪ'strɔɪ]vt.破坏，摧毁；毁灭

    The room had been destroyed by fire.

    He has been determined to destroy her.
